Tube materials are formed into steering shafts without going through cutting or welding processes.

*Swaging is a forging process in which the dimensions of an item is reduced by continuous strikes  by the separated swaging dies while they are rotating in high-speed.

As a solution for weight saving, we developed a process to form yoke portion out of a piece of shaft by swaging. It eliminated  welding process which also contributed to cost reduction.
In forming bearing holder portions, we hire flowdrilling which utilize friction heat from high-speed rotation of the tooling.

Nylon coating applied on the sliding portion of a shaft realized smooth movement in sliding.
Our production equipment can perform coating  for wide variety of products.
